Frequently Asked Questions
-
Getting started is simple. You can contact us through our website or schedule a consultation to ask questions and discuss next steps. We’re here to support you in beginning your therapy journey.
-
Therapy can support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, self-esteem issues, and emotional overwhelm. You do not need to be in crisis to benefit—many clients seek therapy for personal growth, clarity, and improved emotional well-being.
-
Your first session is an opportunity to get to know your clinician and discuss what brings you to therapy. You’ll talk about your goals, relevant background, and any current concerns. This session also allows you to ask questions and determine whether the therapeutic approach feels like a good fit for you.
-
Sessions typically last 45–50 minutes. Most clients begin with weekly sessions, especially at the start of therapy. Over time, frequency may change based on your needs, goals, and progress.
-
Yes. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of therapy. Information shared in sessions is kept private, with limited legal exceptions such as risk of harm to yourself or others, suspected abuse, or when required by law. These limits will be reviewed with you during your initial appointment.
-
We offer secure telehealth sessions, allowing clients to attend therapy from the comfort of their own home. Teletherapy provides flexibility while maintaining the same level of professionalism, privacy, and effectiveness as in-person care.
-
We are an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, we can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement, depending on your plan’s out-of-network mental health benefits.

Our current rates are:
